MLCB2025 will be a two-day hybrid conference September 10-11, 9am-5pm ET, with the in-person component at the New York Genome Center, NYC. Free in-person registration is open. We have limited capacity, so please only register if you plan to attend in-person, and update your response through the form if you can no longer attend. The event will also be streamed live through our Youtube channel

We have a fantastic line-up of keynote speakers:

Caroline Uhler, MIT & The Broad Institute

Alexis Battle, Johns Hopkins University

Richard Bonneau, Genentech & NYU

Barbara Engelhardt, Gladstone Institutes & Stanford University

The paper/abstract submission deadline of June 1 is fast approaching. We will consider papers in two formats: 1) 8-page papers that are eligible to (optionally) be published online in an MLCB section of the Proceedings of Machine Learning Research. 2) 2-page abstracts which can describe work in progress (not eligible for publication).

If you have not received an invitation to review papers but would like to, please sign up here

Please feel free to forward this email to colleagues who may be interested.

More details at https://mlcb.org/ (thank you to Gunnar Rätsch for helping us resurrect the old URL). To be kept up-to-date with future announcements please join our mailing list
