RAFFI-el Workshop 2025: Robotics and Arts for the Future of the Food Industry
The RAFFI-el Workshop (Robotics and Arts for the Future of the Food Industry) invites researchers, creatives, and innovators to explore how robotics, AI, wearable technologies and the arts can collaboratively reimagine tomorrow’s food systems. By bridging technology and creativity, the workshop investigates innovative and ethical approaches to food production, distribution, and consumption—fostering sustainable practices, enhancing human and planetary well-being, and enriching culinary experiences. Bringing together experts from robotics, artificial intelligence, food science, and the arts, RAFFI-el offers a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue on topics such as robotic farming, AI-driven food design, wearable tech for chefs, and interactive dining. The workshop invites visionary ideas that challenge conventional boundaries and shape a more inclusive, artistic, and technologically advanced food future. This full-day workshop offers a unique interdisciplinary platform where technology meets creativity to envision sustainable, ethical, and enriching food futures.
