Title: 

Integrated machine learning approaches to dissect the link between androgen excess 

and metabolic disease in women

In this interdisciplinary project, supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
including but not limited to neural networks and prototype-based metric learning

will be applied to analyse steroid metabolome, global non-targeted metabolome and clinical 

phenotype data.
