I would like to announce an open fully funded PhD position (DC10) within the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network project “ML CARE”, hosted at the University of Tartu, Estonia.
PhD topic (DC10):
The PhD focuses on developing robust numerical and temporal embeddings from underused health measurement data (continuous, sparse, irregular, and variable-quality) and integrating these embeddings into clinical Foundation Models to improve patient-level trajectory and outcome prediction.
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong background in machine learning, hands-on experience in training AI models, and interest in healthcare data.
