Hi Everyone!
I'll be giving a live (online) interactive ML Strategy course, starting May 3rd with ScholarSite.
We will dig into the less technical things that really make or break ML-based products/services and AI/ML strategy. If we think about the data science process, we will focus on being systematic when we work through business understanding and evaluation, what do we really need to understand to ensure success with stakeholders and customers, as well as choosing problems to work on in the first place, and the ever-present challenge of effective problem formulation.
We will develop a half dozen frameworks that are very helpful guides when conceiving, confronting, and developing successful ML solutions for business problems, and use them to work case studies demonstrating both successes and failures.
