A postdoc or research scientist position is available starting Fall 2024 in multi-agent reinforcement learning, human-guided learning, and explainability. The researcher will work with both faculty and students in the Unmanned Systems Laboratory.

Position description:
Required
- PhD degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related fields,
- Strong background in machine learning and reinforcement learning,
- Strong track record (i.e., a good publication record),
- Excellent writing and communication skills,
- Strong passion for mathematics, robotics, programming, and creative thinking,
- Proficiency in machine learning and reinforcement learning tools.

Duration and Benefit
The position is fully funded with 1-year initial appointment. The position can be renewed up to 3 years based on the performance evaluation and funding availability. The annual salary is negotiable based on the applicant’s past experience.
