We are seeking to appoint a Senior Research Associate, with a specialism in either computer vision or natural language processing/information retrieval to develop and exploit methods in machine learning to map and characterise the worlds most polluting industries using satellite imagery and information scraped from the web.  This is an exciting position with the potential to develop new machine learning methods in geospatial data analytics and achieve considerable impact in sustainable finance.

The successful candidate will be based at the School of Geography and the Environment , Oxford University, and will work with a growing team of ML experts.
