PhD Studentships at Singapore Management University

Applications are invited for PhD studentships at Singapore Management University to work under the supervision of Assistant Professor Antoine Ledent. Possible topics include Learning Theory or Recommender Systems, but for this intake, preference will be given to candidates wishing to work in the former. Prospective students should hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline. The deadline to finalise the application to the school is the 30th of January 2026 (for August 2026 intake), but students should get in touch with me via email (aledent \at smu.edu.sg) to arrange an informal interview first.
