Hi everyone,
We have a job opening for a newly created position at the Center
for Democracy & Technology (CDT). This is for a Research
Fellow to help lead a new project that examines how content
moderation systems, including the application of artificial
intelligence tools, operate in non-English contexts, particularly
in “low resource” and indigenous languages of the Majority World
(Global South). This is a great opportunity to produce research
that can inform tech policy around the world.
The position is full-time for two-years, with the possibility of
renewal based on performance and availability of funds. The Fellow
will be based at CDT’s Washington, D.C. office, which operates on
a hybrid schedule.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so those interested should apply as soon as possible. You can find more details and application instructions here: https://cdt.org/job/research-fellow/
thanks,
Dhanaraj
