(Pls excuse cross-postings.)
Our team at Toyota Research Institute (TRI) is seeking strong research scientists to explore embodied learning approaches that enable machines to understand, predict, and collaborate with humans on the road. We aim to advance shared autonomy through models that capture human intent and H-M teaming aspects --- from data-driven interaction learning to exploring foundation models for human-machine collaboration.
We’re looking for researchers with expertise in machine learning, robotics, and human-robot interaction, interested in research that grounds decision-making ML, imitation learning, and aspects of HRI in novel real-world human-machine teaming. The position is based in Cambridge, MA, with a hybrid work model.
