Hi,

We are looking for 5 enthusiastic PhD students to join our division and work on research topics related to Machine Learning, Optimization, Automatic Control, System Identification, and Security and Safety 

The PhD positions are fully funded for up to 5 years at the Division of Systems and Control, Uppsala University, Sweden. The application deadlines vary between March 21, March 28, and April 7, depending on the position.  

  1. PhD position in Machine learning for computational linear algebra. 
  2. PhD position in Machine Learning with a focus on generative models for nonlinear dynamics. The position is a part of the Beijer Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence Research 
  3. PhD position in Machine learning with applications in precision medicine. 
  4. PhD position in Automatic Control focusing on secure control under uncertainty. The position is part of the research group Secure Learning and Control Laboratory at Uppsala University. 
  5. PhD position in Automatic Control focusing on computational methods for large-scale systems
