Dear colleagues,
it is my pleasure to invite you to the 2023 International Conference on Advanced Robotics (ICAR), that will be hosted in Abu Dhabi, UAE, on 5-8 December 2023. This is the 21st edition of a successful international conference series, technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. It brings together scientists, researchers, and practitioners working on advanced robotic topics and promoting and validating robots in our society.
The conference welcomes original contributions describing technically rigorous scientific and research advances in robotics and other allied technologies, such as innovative ideas and concepts, discoveries and improvements, novel applications, and distinguished studies and projects about advanced robotic systems and their impact on society.
Papers should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere; manuscripts will be run through plagiarism-checking tools. Previous editions' proceedings are available on IEEE Xplore.
ICAR consists of plenary talks, workshops, and oral presentations from all areas of robotics, focusing on emerging paradigms and application areas. Papers are solicited on all aspects of these areas:
