Faculty Research Assistant position in Artificial Intelligence starting
July 2009.
Required qualifications include significant experience in artificial
intelligence
research, knowledge of learning, representation, and reasoning with
first-order relational
representations (both probabilistic and non-probabilistic). Experience
in natural language processing and information retrieval. Excellent
written and spoken communication skills. Excellent programming and
software engineering skills. BS degree in computer science or related
area.

A PhD and a demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity
is preferred.

Position is full-time, 12 month, fixed term with reappointment at the
discretion of the
hiring official. For full consideration, applications must be received
