Hi,

Representation learning typically requires a plethora of well-annotated data,
while weakly supervised learning uses less supervised information than
supervised learning.

To accelerate research on weakly supervised representation learning
we will have a special issue in the Machine Learning journal.
Looking forward to your submission!
