We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Delaware’s Computer and Information Sciences Department—The Human-Computer Interaction Lab. The postdoc will perform research on the topics of HCI and AI. The expertise in virtual or augmented reality is a plus. The project will explore and analyze the effectiveness of different hardware options, including virtual and augmented reality and multi-sensor interfaces. AI-powered computational models are expected to be developed to enhance user experience in virtual learning and virtual medicine applications. The position is presently open and is initially intended for a duration of two years, with the potential for extension based on exceptional performance. The compensation package includes a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits consistent with the status of a full-time employee at the University of Delaware.
