PhD positions at MBZUAI: Systems for ML

My group at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) is looking for PhD students to research and build systems for accelerating pre-training, post-training (SFT, RL), and inference on attention/transformer architectures.

Admitted students receive a full scholarship that covers tuition, housing, and living expenses. Our admissions cycle closes on Dec 15th, 2025.
