We are seeking a very motivated candidate for a Phd Position on the theoretical and fundamental aspects of ML. The research activity will be carried out at MaLGa (Machine Learning Genoa center) under the supervision of Lorenzo Rosasco, together with Leonardo Labs, in a lively international and stimulating environment.
The goal of the research is to contribute to study and develop efficient and robust large-scale models in ML with provable theoretical guarantees and solid mathematical bases.
The ideal candidate has a Degree in Mathematics or related technical disciplines as Physics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Statistics / Artificial Intelligence etc. Fluent English is required.
