The 10th International Joint Conference on Rules and Reasoning (RuleML+RR 2026) invites submissions on rule-based reasoning, declarative AI, and their intersection with databases and machine learning. The conference emphasizes data-centric and hybrid AI approaches, explainability, and real-world applications.

Topics include (non-exhaustive):

  • Ontologies & Semantic Web, knowledge graphs

  • Rules + AI / AI for rules, explainable & FAIR AI

  • Logic programming, Datalog, ASP, non-monotonic reasoning

  • Learning rules from relational/graph data

  • Hybrid AI–database systems, scalable reasoning

  • Constraints, schema validation, data quality

  • Applications in healthcare, climate, law, industry, Digital Twins, and more

Submission types:

  • Long papers: up to 15 pages (+2 refs), LNCS

  • Short papers: up to 8 pages (+1 ref), LNCS
    (Non-anonymous; arXiv allowed; Springer LNCS proceedings)
