I am excited to announce four open Postdoc and PhD positions (2 each) 👩‍🎓 at the Becker Lab (https://bckrlab.org) on artificial intelligence for optimizing end‑to‑end cell processing in clinical cell therapy 🧠🦠 with a world leading biotech company 🧫🧑‍🔬. The researchers will develop novel AI and machine learning methods for longitudinal multi-modal and multi-omics integration and single cell analysis, and work, e.g., on LLMs and graph and geometric deep learning. The project is centered in Rostock with opportunities to work in Marburg/Frankfurt and provides integration into Hessian.AI (Hessian Center for AI), access to large-scale compute resources, as well as a strong international network 🌎 including Stanford, UC San Diego, Lund (Sweden), or McGill (Canada).
