Come join our team at the Applied Artificial Intelligence Lab (https://wp.unil.ch/aail/)! We are opening two full-time PhD positions at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Management / Information Systems funded by Swiss National Science Foundation SNSF.
If you're excited about AI, data-driven decision making, human–AI collaboration, and the future of work and organizations — this might be for you.
What we offer:
• Work in a diverse, collaborative, and international research environment
• Support to publish in leading CS and/or IS/Management outlets
• Beautiful lakeside campus + strong academic network
• Start date flexible (early–mid 2026)
What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree in CS, MIS, Management, Data Science, or related field
• Strong interest in research and learning new methods
• Fluency in English (French is a plus but not mandatory)
