Dear colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to an open tenured Associate Professor position in Data Science at Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), starting in Autumn 2026.

The successful candidate will establish a new research group within the Department of Software Science, supported by seed funding for one postdoctoral researcher (3 years) and two PhD students. The position is located in Tallinn, Estonia, and is closely connected to national initiatives in artificial intelligence, including the Estonian Centre of Excellence in AI (EXAI).

We encourage applications from strong candidates in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on AI methods for data science and collaboration with academia, industry, and the public sector.
