The University of Caen Normandie opens a teaching and research position (Full Professor) in Computer Science. Research will take place at GREYC UMR CNRS 6072 (CODAG Team). Teaching will take place in the Mathematics and Computer Science department.

The recruited professor will be attached to the Mathematics-Computer Science Department of the UFR des Sciences of the University of Caen Normandy. He will be expected to teach a variety of computer science courses, in both the bachelor and master programs. Experience in teaching the following topics will be particularly appreciated: web and internet technologies, and machine learning.
** Educational and Administrative Responsibilities:
The candidate will be required to participate quickly in the life of the department through the assumption of pedagogical responsibilities in the second year of the bachelor's degree. Teaching in French will be mandatory.

The CODAG team (Constraints, Ontologies, Data, Annotations, Graphs) participates in developments in Data Science, by bringing together researchers from complementary scientific cultures. CODAG takes an interest in the entire data processing chain, from data preparation to the design of models for expressing the result.
CODAG's research work focuses in particular on the following topics: declarative approaches (SAT, CP, LP), data mining, quantitative methods for automatic language processing, knowledge engineering, learning and decision support, graph analysis.
The team is particularly recognized for results based on interactions between its core topics. Based on the diversity of its research skills of its members, CODAG aims to pursue this orientation.
