Hi,

As the subject says, the only option I see is DHCP, no manual config.
Then only option then for installation is packages but I want
distribution sets. If I fix the network settings from a shell it is
delete by the installer.

How can I go about installing 15-STABLE (from April 16) from
distribution sets then?
Why does the installer want a network when the sets are aleady on the
memstick?

Sorry if I am overlooking something but I cant get around this now.

Thanks,

Per

Hm, missed the new {Manual] setting - sorry for the noise.

But still wonder why the installer cannot find the necessary files on
the memstick (not mini).

Which architecture is affected, e.g. which image do you exactly use?

for 15.0, distribution sets are only on dvd1; disc1 and memstick do not
include them.

Are there memory sticks smaller than a DVD? (Smaller than 4.3 GB)

Of course. I had some with 1 GB and saw some with 512 and less.

I also have CF cards with 128 MB.
