I love the MJ auto WB feature because I can tweak it after the auto-
adjust. My problem is that it functions differently then Canon's
"Custom WB" . I have lots of green fluorescent lights in my house, If
I shoot an expo disc and look at the RGB histogram, the MJ Auto WB
can't get out enough green where as the Canon Custm WB aligns the RGB
histogram perfectly. This is on My 5Dii.

This is a limitation from Canon's WBShift.
Use custom WB for the tricky shots.
