New Google TV Channels Added

Added CBS Full Episodes, ShowTime Free Episodes, and Streaming TV Guide Google App Link.

Thanks to STG for the heads up, we tweaked the script which was not letting home page thumbnails render correctly with IE and Chrome on Windows computers.
