operations engineer- urgently needed

Hello. hope all is well. 

Kindly help with the search : looking for this person urgently...

We have created a Technical Division which will be responsible for all Operations and technical matters. We urgently need to recruit:-

Operations Engineer – Will be Head of Operations; Reports to GM directly and dotted to Executive Director. Will be assisted by one or two  good technicians (Electronic and Electrical ). Engineer must have relevant qualifications and experience (degree) and tech - diploma or certificate). Major role will be upkeep of our LEDs. The team will be trained by Absen Engineers in tz and or China . The operations engineer will also support illumination matters of traditional Bill boards . Age between 25 to 35 years maximum!
