Dear All,
Greetings.
The last few days have been wonderful talking to all of you. It has been that 24 years have passed with some and not so long with some others.
I cherished the moment I was able to spend with you all on the phone.
I must thank many of our Class mates who were instrumental in getting the contacts of people and help me put it together. Shanthi u in particular.
I am eagerly looking forward to the 13th July meeting in Chennai where we all need to meet irrespective of distance, time, commitments, preoccupation or any other excuse that we can think of. I am excited and I am sure u will be also equally upbeat.
Here are some Statistics ( there was not much of a need to visit S P Gupta).
1. Out of the 30 Class mates I could finally lay my hands on 28 of them and their details are enclosed.
2. 2 of the missing ones are Chakravrathy Vijayaragavan and Krishnan.
3. Out of the 28 known 11 are living in Chennai City, 13 are living outside Chennai but in India and the balance 4 are outside India.
4. Except Djeakumar who is happy rest all are married. ( Should I say happily!!!!!)
5. Coming to the next generation there is some interesting Statistics.
6. Girls dominate ( this is no surprise). We have a total of 42 Children.
7. Out of the 42 Children 2 are Working ( Both are Girls), 29 are Girls who are Studying and the rest 11 are Boys and Studying too.
8. Out of Children Studying 8 are in College and the rest are in School.
9. Ofcourse the youngest Kid is Swathy daughter of B Sathya and she is doing her LKG.
I can go on like this and keep giving you more and more Statistics but let me stop here and let you Dig into the attached Spread Sheet and analyse further.
A Note of Caution : I have locked the Spread Sheet and I would like all of u to come back to me on Email / Phone in case I have made any mistake in the Data pertaining to you. This will help have a Central Data Base and collate them together. We are planning to Print them and hence having the same Centrally is important.
A Note of Request : I would like all of u to send me atleast a one line Acknowledgement that u have recd this and the info is Correct or needs change. I would definitely want all of u to respond with your feedback so that it will be a proof of your acceptance of receipt and to check the veracity of the Data.
