Job Profile -
- Recruit Channel Partners from Non-conventional markets as per monthly
targets.
- To Train and Develop the recruited Channel Partners in a manner so as to
make them independently operational as soon as possible.
- To Manage own teams operation to meet own production targets and help the
Channel partner reach the highest income level possible commensurate with
their inherent potential.
DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES:
a.. Recruit/Train/ Enroll efficient team members/Channel partners' thro'
scrutiny, filtration & evaluation.
b.. Implement/ Monitor biz strategy thro' effective communication, follow
up, T&D, Micro level engagement and remedial resolution.
c.. Ensure process delivery/Auditory/Compliance & Operational procedural
correctness and implementation.
d.. Ensure Day to day activity management of Channel Partners.
e.. Plan, execute & monitor Training programs for Channel Partners under
supervision.
f.. Ensure biz development/growth of Channel Partners thro monitoring and
management.
g.. Ensuring min. production parameters for upto 70% Channel Partners.
Candidate Profile -
1.. Communication skills
2.. Sales skills
3.. Planning skills
4.. Execution skills
5.. Team Management skills
Compensation -
Rs.16,000/-pm (for the training period of 3 months. And after the completion
of training & if the candidate is confirmed the CTC will be upto 20,000/-) +
