Hey team,

Which time slot (or tour) would you prefer for Sunday? Hopefully we can get a consensus amongst ourselves ... also, we may not all be able to attend, but that's just something we'll have to deal with.

My name is Marco and I am in charge of making sure communication between the groups and Robert is open and continuous. Sorry about not getting back to you sooner, we were waiting to hear back from all groups before we started to contact groups individually. We definitely want to get all groups on a tour ASAP to give you a feel for the work we do at City Food Tours. We would like to do something this weekend, Sunday would be better because we are almost completely booked for Saturday. We are hoping to get all groups in at one shot, but you and one other contact have been the only to get in touch with us. If we can get all the groups together this Sunday afternoon, we would like to take half of you on the Taste of Northern Liberties tour (1:30-4) and the other half on the Decadent Gourmet (3-5:30). These are two of are most popular tours and would be a good way for you to start building ideas. We may change the times according to how many people we are going to have, but please let us know if this works for you. Once we hear back from you and other groups we will send over more details. AH! i sent an email several times,, but i dont know if they got through. shana readded me to the group, so hopefully it works now!

i prefer the earlier shift cuz i have work at 5. but if we end up going to the second one, i guess i can leave a bit earlier to come back to campus. :)

Okay, so here's the feedback overall:

Marc - either

Ali - possibly 1:30, later is better

Alina - 1:30 better

Emily - 1:30 better

Aaron - out

Unfortunately, I have meetings at 3 and 4 that I can't get out of... it's too bad they're only going to be offering Sunday tours. You'll have to report back for me! I'm going to tell Robert that the majority (Marc, Alina, Emily, and maybe Ali) can make the 1:30 Northern Liberties tour. I'll also ask about whether or not we can split our group and have Ali go to the later tour if that works better for her.

Flavors of Philly 2/26 1:30pm: Location: The tour will meet inside The Shops at Liberty Place at 1601 Chestnut Street (16th and Chestnut Sts.) in the heart of Center City. Please meet your guide INSIDE the lobby in front of the Saxby's Coffee stand . Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Your Guide will arrive by the start time of the tour and will be wearing a maroon polo shirt and/or jacket with City Food Tours on it. If you're having trouble finding us, please call 215-360-1996 or 215-360-9312

Taste of Northen Liberties 2/27 1:30pm: Location: The tour will meet just OUTSIDE Darling's Diner located at 1033 N. 2nd St. (corner of N. 2nd St. and Germantown Ave.). Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Your guide will arrive by the start time of the tour and will be wearing a maroon polo shirt and/or jacket with a City Food Tours logo. I will put 3 of your members in for the NoLibs tour and the fourth
will be put on the Decadent Gourmet tour. NoLibs starts at 1:30 and
the meeting place is Darlings Diner, 1033 n 2nd street. Decadent
gourmet starts at 3pm and the meeting place is DiBruno Brothers, 1730
chestnut street. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the tour starts.
