- Pricing strategy: presenting their products as more highbrow or lowbrow
- New customer acquisition
- Rewards program, discounts: bringing a friend, special offers for repeats, strategies for reaching out to prior or recent customers
- Using theories of reciprocity, losses looming larger than gains, and statistical analysis in order to test
2. Goal: reaching out to current customers, aiming at repeat customers instead of new customers ... emphasize longevity and loyalty of customer relationships, especially if this company's selling point is the intimacy of the experience that they're selling
3. Methods of testing: either a small focus group or in larger groups using their contact database
4. Make sure this relates back to tangible, testable class concepts!
