Friday/Saturday:  Shana will email out a new version of powerpoint and Ali will provide concepts that relate to our presentation - Marketing Mix, Cialdini, etc. 

Sunday: Meet 6 - 9, Room 258, MARC CAN YOU BOOK FOR 730 - 9?

Monday: Meet at 9, Room TBD, to rehearse presentation.

Tuesday: Final Meeting at 9 or 930, Room TBD, to make sure everything is perfect.

Wednesday: 1030 Presentation!

I think what we'd like is to get a run-down of the number of people in each price point, if we can make connections between types of student groups and price points, as well as the amount of subsidy people prefer to make CFT a feasible option.

Any other ideas, everyone?  Working on the PPT now

I feel like we just need basic pie charts or graphs for our info (which I have no idea how to do). That can include what you mentioned Shana, but also like a graph indicating what the most hindering factor was for a student to tour (price, inconvenience etc) and we can use that to help our framing suggestions?

Here is a "summary" page that google makes with general summary info for each piece of data. I cannot get the amount of subsidy people desire because we did not ask that, we only asked fully subsidized vs partially subsidized. I can potentially get a link between group affiliation and price point through excel. I can do most of this stuff pretty quickly in excel as well during our meeting on Sunday night.
