“ Vitamin Water is a sugary drink masquerading as a healthy drink. ”
I Am... a healthy cook
Pros
Several Flavors
Cons
Too much sugar
Do not be fooled by this drink. It is far, far from being anything
healthy or related to water. It is simply marketing at it's best. If
you want to drink a healthy drink I suggest water, real water. And if
you require something with flavor, try some teas. But do not trick
yourself into thinking that you are doing your body a favor by
drinking this garbage. Let's start with taste - these products are
really gross! With that said, let us move on to the back of the bottle
where the nutritional facts and ingredients are located. The second
ingredient is crystalline fructose. That's just a fancy way of saying
high fructose corn syrup which believe me, is the furtherest thing
from being healthy. You do not want to put high fructose corn syrup
into your body! And all the vitamins? There are only a few. You would
get far more benefit from taking some real vitamins/supplements and
washing it down with a nice, tall glass of plain water. Do not believe
that any of the athletes suggested on the front of bottles actually
drink this stuff. They don't because it will make you fat!

“ Are there really vitamins in Vitamin water? ”
I Am... A writer
Pros
refreshing, Several Flavors, moderately priced
Cons
seems a little bland at first
So after trying vitamin water, I would say that it doesn't really have
that much of an affect on me other than quenching my thirst. The
product claims to have different flavors that are made to help certain
things. I don't think there is much "vitamins" in the product as the
name claims. The flavor is decent, kinda tastes like a watered down
drink, can't really say it tastes exactly like gatorade or powerade,
but a long the lines of something like those. After drinking it, it
didn't really make me feel "better" in the sense of being healthy by
drinking a bunch of vitamins. Some have "antioxidants" in them, but
who really knows if there really is. I'd say give it a try, but don't
expect to replace it with your other electrolyte-filled drinks for
when you really need to be hydrated and nothing beats the good old
healthy clean water that really hydrates you. The packaging is nice,
it gives it a unique look and modern quality, the price is decent for
a drink every now and then, but if you drink it religiously then the
price may be a bit pricey.

“ I hate the cost but i am addicted ”
I am... thirsty
Pros
Doesn't Taste Too Bad For Diet Powerade, Several Flavors
Cons
tastes fake, Sometimes expensive to buy, sometimes hard to find,
Too much sugar, Too sweet for some, not enough flavors, seems a little
bland at first
I love the lemonade flavor but that is about it. The taste is not very
good on the rest of them. I know other people seem to like other
flavors but i just can't see why. The color never seems to be
consistant and when i complained to the company about a very bad
looking lemonade they told me it was normal even though the normal
white color was not BROWN. The company needs to learn how to make
things consistant. And don't even get me started on the price.
Gatorade has figured out that they don't have to kill their loyal
customers wallets but vitamin water has not. The price is rediculous
for a water with vitamins in it.

“ Refreshing change for hydration ”
I am..
Willing to pay for quality, budget conscious
Pros
refreshing
Cons
Sometimes expensive to buy, Too much sugar
I had never really considered vitamin water; it seemed like an
extremely priced version of sugary bottled water to me. A couple of
friends highly recommended it, so I thought I would pick up a few
bottles and give it a try. One friend who is pregnant claimed that it
helped her significantly with morning sickness, and another friend
said it made it much easier to drink the amount of water she needs. I
tried it, and loved it! Some of the flavors were a bit strong for me,
but I love dragonfruit. It is just the right combination of light and
sweet. I love the idea that I am getting vitamins and nutrients while
staying hydrated. I used to buy a lot of sports drinks for the
electrolytes, espeically in the summer, but like the vitamin waters
better since they are a bit less sugary and have even more health
benefits. They are still a bit pricey for me to drink everyday, but I
will definitely go through a lot in hot weather and carry them with me
to work when I can. Great product!

“ Tasty drink!! ”
I Am...
Willing to pay for quality, value conscious, cost-conscious,
bargain hunter
Pros
refreshing, Several Flavors, moderately priced, awesome flavor
combos, tastey, From the makers of Vitamin Water
Cons
Sometimes expensive to buy
I had been wanting to try this drink for awhile. I have heard so many
good things about it. I received a coupon for a free bottle; what
better way to decide if you like something than by it being free? It
is a good serving size and tastes a bit like a watered down drink.
Depending on the flavor chosen, that might be a good thing. I like
drinking it over ice. It is pleasant, not robust or hearty. It kind of
makes me smile when I drink it because it isn't a taste like any I
have ever experienced. I just like it for what it is.
I have tried several of the flavors and they are all quite good. I
don't especially believe I get "vitamins" or any added health benefits
from drinking this vitamin water. It is a great thirst quencher on a
hot day and that is all I expect of this particular drink.
I can recommend it as a great, tasty drink that most likely will
quench your thirst and leave you with a pleasant after taste.

“ Your body will appreciate it! ”
I am..
Constantly on the go, Practical
Pros
From the makers of Vitamin Water, tastey, fantastic, Water +
vitamins, water not soda, adds a few more vitamins to my day,
refreshing, Several Flavors
Cons
Pricey
First time I drank this was a hot August day in PR, in a political
protest. Suddenly, I became dizzy and fainted. Someone was promoting
this product (many years ago), I got one and immediately felt amazing.
But now
Well. I must confess...I HATE WATER! Absolute hate drinking water. On
the other hand, I have two jobs, plus doing a PhD, I don't sleep,
barely cook. So I eat and drink a lot of junk food. Since my life is
so busy and many times a week have to pull all-nighters and then go
to my other two jobs,I drink a lot of caffeine. I used to feel so
sick, shaking, headaches, stomach aches etc. With with the vitamin
water, I feel so refreshed even when I haven't sleep in 48 hrs. Is not
an energy drink, but the amount of electrolytes and vitamins, help
nurture your body. Plus electrolytes are very important for neuron
function.
In term of taste, I rather have this than water or Gatorade. This is
by far less sugary than other sport drinks. I can drink it even warm,
although my friends and family (which I got hooked) prefer them very
chill.
If you are thirsty this will do it. Compared to just plain water this
also is more effective if Im thirsty.
It helps with dehydration very well
A little price, but you can always find them on sale, and load your
self up.
I would recommend it for anybody, any age, any lifestyle.

This came from

Product Type:Sports Drinks: Sports Drink; Container: 20 oz PET
BevNET Review: Sweetened with a blend of sugar and stevia, Stur-D is
actually one of the better tasting stevia enhanced beverages that
we’ve seen from Coca-Cola. Still, it has 100 calories per bottle, so
it’s definitely something that isn’t for the extremely conscious
consumer. The drink has a pretty standard passion fruit flavor, which
is pleasing the palate. The off-putting blue color's purpose is to
draw a literal tie to the “blue agave” flavoring that’s used in the
drink. Unfortunately, there’s no actual agave in the drink, which,
given the product’s placement in retailers such as Whole Foods, is
certainly going to seem misleading to consumers. Functionally, the
drink has vitamin D (hence the name Stur-D), vitamin C, B vitamins,
electrolytes, and calcium – all pretty standard for the Vitaminwater
line. Packaging is blue and silver, which, compared to other
Vitaminwater flavors, isn’t exactly appealing to the senses (it looks
more like candy than a beverage). Overall, it’s good, but fails to
delivery anything special or unique.
