As directed by NMMU, the training program on the MKSP MIS Application needs to be completed before 20th May, 2015. In this regard we can plan the training program on 19th May, 2015 at 10:00 AM at ORMAS.
Also would request you to kindly co-ordinate with the PIA’s to depute their MIS Experts to take the training on how to use the application and get the required information updated in the MIS Web Application.
Looking forward for an effective training program with co-operation from all participants.

I have drafted a plan to take the MIS to a successful implementation, based on our discussion yesterday.
Considering data entry challenges PIAs might face, there would be three routes that MK data can be entered or ported; 1. Paper (MKC) to the MIS, 2. Excel to the MIS, and 3. Mobile Application to the MIS. These three routes are crucial to ease the data entry process for the PIAs and should be documented in the training material and duly covered during the training session.
We are planning to roll out the MIS to all the PIAs starting next month.
