Kado and the TLT,

Inner Gold hired Visioneers to lead the organization and the community through our Visioneering process.  A major part of the Visioneering process is the creation and sharing of the timeline with swim lanes with everyone.  We offered a process for changing what is on the timeline which we gave to the TLT at the last Visioneering session.

It would be a major withhold, from our viewpoint, if the TLT choose not to share the timeline with everyone at the Town Hall meeting and not use what was created in moving forward.  We strongly urge the TLT to share the timeline and use it.    Special note: We did not intend for the TLT to take what the community created and choose on its own to withhold these creations.

Somewhat hesitant personally about putting them up as those were not agreed, they were just a compilation of the bunch of individual's ideas. Another factor is that it is a very complicated and potentially confusing document.

Dear Transition Team,

The Transition Leadership Team is doing extraordinary work!  Thank you to all of you

for your leadership and execution on this critically important project.

We request that you add to the Inner Gold Org web site ( http://innergoldinc.org/ ) that

you created for posting all the documents for this project that that you add the 2030

Plan / Timeline spreadsheet that was created with all the dates, "swim lanes", and

projects.  This is a critically important creation, document, and structure for moving

forward into the future for Inner Gold.  And we request that you display this 2030 Plan /

Timeline at the Town Hall meeting -- it is big part of what was created by the entire

community as part of this project.

We have also requested 15 minutes of time at the next RT meeting to check-in with the

RT and to complete our part of the Visioneering Project as we are nearing the end of

our work together and want to make sure we completely powerfully.  Please bring any

questions and feedback that you have for Visioneers regarding this project to

Wednesday's RT Meeting.  Our last planned facilitated event is November 14th - the

Town Hall Meeting.

And, we would be honored and greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the Inner

Gold Visioneering Project.  As many of you know, we have been working with Inner

Gold for over one-and-half years on this Visioneering project and we are completing

on November 14th.  We have attached a form for each of you to complete and return to

us.  We would be grateful if you would complete the evaluation form and return to me

by Sunday, November 14th, 2010.

Thank you for your generous contributions, gifts, and extraordinary execution!

It has been an honor and deeply rewarding to be in partnership with all of you on this

project.
