Thank you for taking the time to read
the documents we have created, and to express your reservations clearly. I
appreciate your thoughts and will attempt to answer them as clearly as you have
voiced them.
First, let me just say that your edits
to the by-laws justly illustrate that some of our documents are "works-in
process," and need tweaking.
Secondly, we have taken pains to hold
your concerns about manpower in our consciousness as we drafted the org chart,
and believe the number of positions to be filled in the new structure will be
nearly the same as we now have. Both boards will have about the same number of
members; standing committees will be made up of men in existing positions on the
RT or BOD, and while we will have a new paid position of ED, we will no longer
need a CA. Some positions now held by MKP RT members will be held by the same
number of persons, just at the level of InnerGold, Inc., rather than the
RT.
Does that help you understand? I believe
that our presentation tomorrow and on Sunday will help to make that much more
clear, especially with visual aids...
