The elders are pleased to announce that the 2010 MKP-CO Ron Hering Mission of Service Awardee is Richard Bell. This award is given annually to New Warriors who are living extraordinary lives of
vision and action in the world through missions of service. (The award is not based on MKP work.) Richard is Director of St. Joseph’s Veterans Home, a residential program
for homeless veterans. Richard's program is designed to help these men
achieve a stable income, save money and find permanent housing.
Richard will be honored with the presentation of a plaque at the beginning of our Elder Meeting on February 19 just after 9:00 in Dennis Smith's office, Accounting for Success, 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 205, Englewood, CO 8011. The entire community is invited.
