to MKP CO Roundtable
The November 13 Bias Workshop was well attended, twenty (20)
participants, and well received. The event was profitable for MKPCO,
exact figures will be provided shortly. It was proposed by Bill de la
Cruz that we would meet informally in 2011 sometime in February, to
discuss what changes if any have they made in their lives based on
insights from the workshop.

All necessary materials describing the Bias workshop have been sent to
the MKPI Curriculum Chair, for approval of Bill de la Cruz and the
Bias workshop as acceptable for certification of participants on the
MKP Leadership track.

Two dates have been tentatively selected for 2011: Sat. Feb 12, 2011,
11:00AM-2:00PM, informal potluck brunch for the follow up gathering of
workshop attendees and April 9, 2011 for a new full day Diversity and
Bias workshop.

Bill and I are working on the curriculum and marketing plan for the
next workshop and would welcome the participation and support of
anyone interested in helping to expand our reach to other
organizations with ethnic, cultural, racial and gender constituents
that differ from our current MKPCO population.
