I became homeless in Bangladesh last month during my trip to Bangladesh when I donated my parental family house, building and all of my village properties (Bari, Ghor, and shob Zomi-Zoma)
for the needy people to the charity Foundation in the name of my grandfather Zamir Uddin Khan in Saturia, Manikganj, Bangladesh. This is for Zamir Uddin Khan Foundation.
I signed my donation papers in presence of our family gathering of about one thousand family members and extended family members including my wife Reena and our children who also signed
the donation papers as witnesses, and they also gave short speeches there (pictures included below).
In my short speech to this family gathering of Donation ceremony, I said the following:
“It is one of the happiest days of my life because the feeling of happiness in life is greater and deeper in giving than in getting”.
