Dear Dr,

With great appreciation for your knowledge , please tell me if  there are some genes that may play rols in occurring and developing sarcoidosis , such as  HLA-DRB1*03  whether  these genes are age-related  and like a time-bomb become active in a certain time and in the presence of (a)  certian  substance(s) which enter the body  the desease happens , or after an unknown bacteria . virus ,  chemical or dust enter the body due to these deficient gene(s) which cannot play there right rols the desease happens.
