Launching Mjöllnir 0.3-alpha

Dear colleagues,

I have mentioned in manual, but completely forgotten to mention in the
letter with the release notes, that in 0.3-alpha version you have to
launch "mjollnir_parse.py" script instead of "modelparse.py" in order to
parse your model.

By the way, I encourage you to use command line for Mjöllnir launching
at least during unstable versions testing (but it is definitely better
to do it always), because the output generally contains useful
information about possible errors and problems.
