1.     Huron High School will not be offering "all-school” physicals this spring for student athletes.  Firelands Regional Medical Center is no longer providing that service.  Please inform your parents this is no longer available; you will need to make other arrangements for your sports physical.

2.     Attention all students!  You have the opportunity to wear your favorite hat to school every Wednesday in May and flip-flops every Friday in May.  In order to do this, you must donate $1 or more each time you participate.  All proceeds will be donated to the Tanny Vonthron Memorial Scholarship Fund at the end of the school year.  Show your support for this worthwhile cause by participating in this activity sponsored by National Junior Honor Society and Student Council.  First period teachers will collect money.

3.     The Firelands Regional Medical Center Is proud to sponsor this year’s Huron River Fest 5k, Saturday, July 12th at 8:00 AM.  This year’s proceeds will go towards the Tanny Vonthron Scholarship Fund.  There is a 5k race and a 1k Fun run.  Walkers are welcome.  Race forms are available in the office or by asking your teacher.  You can also go to the Huron River Fest website:  hurnriverfest.com for the form.

4.    Attention, seventh and eighth grade boys interested in playing basketball next year!  There will be a meeting at the beginning of your studyhall today in the auditorium.
