1.         Attention 8th grade boys playing football next fall! The next weight lifting session will be Monday at 7:00 PM. We will expect anyone playing freshmen football to attend this session, as we want to go over our summer schedule. 

2.         There will be an informational meeting tonight at 7 p.m. in Mr. Asher's room, room 105, at the high school for any eighth grade boy interested in playing soccer next year.  Please bring a parent.  Thank you.

3.         The pole vault mini-clinic will be held tomorrow from 3:30 till 7:30 at the high school.

4.         Attention, seventh graders!  A golf clinic will be held in June for students interested in golf.  Stop by the office to pick up information.

5.         Attention, students interested in track!  A summer track clinic will be held in June.  Information is available in the office. Stop by if you are interested.

6.         The Firelands Regional Medical Center Is proud to sponsor this year’s Huron River Fest 5k, Saturday, July 12th at 8:00 AM.  This year’s proceeds will go towards the Tanny Vonthron Scholarship Fund.  There is a 5k race and a 1k Fun run.  Walkers are welcome.  Race forms are available in the office or by asking your teacher.  You can also go to the Huron River Fest website:  huronriverfest.com for the form.

7.         Today’s class periods are shortened and will be in the following order:  1, 4, 2, 3, 5. 6. 7, lunch and studyhall periods, and period 8.  Following eighth period, a school-wide assembly will be held between 1:00 and 1:30.  Please report to your homeroom and wait to be called to the auditorium.  Dismissal will be at 1:30.
