Dear Protocol team
On the 8th and 9th of Nov, we seek your kind support to guide the VIPs in MJASC 2013. Try to make an effort to regconize the faces of the VIPs that you will be serving and guide them to their sit (as per enclosed below). Minta tolong serve them makanan during the morning tea and lunch. Guide them to Room A2 for poster session during the coffee break.
Kindly find your VIPs in-charge as per below list. Your warm hospitality will miraculously leave the VIPs a nice impression on MJASC (:

Great job by all team members!!!
Would like to check on the registration booth settings.
We will be having 4 lanes as per below:
1. VIP (no charges for meal)
2. Presenter (1000 yen for meal/day)
3. Participant (student) (1000 yen for meal/day)
4. Participant (1500 yen for meal/day)
Registration team please take note.

Thank you for the information. May I ask the significant of charging extra ¥500 for the participant's meal? Do they get extra portion of the meal?

No extra portion. anyway, its buffet style.
Extra 500 yen may allow us to safe some budget for next year.
For students it might be a little expensive.
That's the reason for charging 1500 yen for non-student.
Please do give your input.

I think it's quite expensive. People won't pay that much for lunch. I guess the Shokudo at the campus will be opened as usual, kalau kita charge mahal sangat nanti semua makan kt shokudo, membazir pulak.
