Dear Team,

I want to inform these important reminder:

1. Logistic Team : please be at Meiji University Surugadai campus on Thursday 7 November 2013 at 9.00 am. Wait for Ms. Ariko Nakamura at Multipurpose Hall door, near the digital display board. Meet Ms. Ariko Nakamura for Explanation on Venue Tour. Amy, things will be much easier if you could join them and look around/check for Hpc requirements.

2. Haikal, I will give you the logistic form & you should bring it during the explanation tour. That form is important to take the power corde, and you need to bring the same form when returning the power corde.

3. I attached the layout firm of A1, A2, A3. The width is 13.9m .
