D. Certificate 
There will be four categories for the MJASC 2013 Certificate, as below.
1. Oral Presenters
2. Poster Presenters
3. Participants
4. MJASC 2013 Committee
All certificates will be distributed at the registration counter at the closing of MJASC 2013. 
Note: Only one certificate per manuscript.

Signing of the certificates: during rehearsal session and first day of MJASC 2013,
by Prof. Khairuddin, Prof. Ono, Amy, and Puan Hidayu.

Dear Prof. Khairuddin, Prof. Ono, and Puan Hidayu, is it ok for you to kindly sign on the 150pcs (roughly) of certificate?

Kindly find enclosed drafted certificate designed by Calvin and checked by Puan Hidayu. Calvin Ong is in-charging of the awards and certificates matter.

E. Awards
There will be two categories for the awards, as below.
1. Best paper (x6, 1 per category)
     - Judge of the Best paper award
        i.  Prof. Khairuddin
            - Part I   Science and Technology
            - Part II   Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering
            - Part III  Social Sciences and Humanities 
        ii. Prof. Ono
            - Part IV  Electronic and Computer Engineering 
            - Part V  Green Technology
            - Part VI  Invited Papers
    I will send the compilation of manuscripts to you individually.
2. Best poster (x1)
     - Judge of the Best poster award: Puan Hidayu (KIV)
            
If possible, kindly decide the award by Nov. 3, 2013.
Awards will be given at the award ceremony on the second day.

F. Program Book
We received 50,000yen cash from four gentlemen in supporting of the printing of MJASC 2013 program book. We are in the process of preparing it, coordinate by Amy and Program Manager - Azizul.

G. Rehearsal
We will be having a rehearsal on Nov. 7 (Thursday) from 5pm to 8pm at the A1 room, Academic Common, Surugadai Campus, Meiji University. You are cordially invited to be with us and guide us through the rehearsal if you are available.

I would like to know if you have decided the winners for the respective categories as below:

I have received the list of awards winners for all the categories.
As for category V: Green Technology, we take note that there will not be any award for that particular category.

As for the poster award, can we have the pleasure of both Prof. Ono and Prof. Khairuddin to decide on the winner on the event day (Nov. 8th)?
