I couldn't find her paper in the website. If she is going to attend as a participant only, not a presenter or an author, I think an acceptance letter is not necessary. She just has to register as a participant and come to the event.

If you noticed, Dr. Kimura is a lecturer of University of Malaya. Hence, she will need an official letter to be released from her institution, even though she will be attending as a participant.

Dear all,

This is Loo from the publicity team.

I know Kimura sensei. She is one of the Japanese language teacher in Intec Selangor.

She is doing a research about Malaysia and Japan relation if I am not mistaken.
She is attending our MJASC conference and so, she needs an official acceptance letter(with MJASC letter head) to show her University in order to get day-off approval. If not, she might need the list of participants to show her university.

I hope my explanation here helped to solve the problems.
