As per my understanding, the website was sponsored by MSAJ and MSAJ should already bank-in the money to MJASC in February 2013. Please refer to my communication with Aime Aqelah and Khairul Qayyum as following e-mails. The sponsored amount should be 16,884 Yen as per quotation that Amy/TJ forwarded to me.

I personally think that TJ did a good job by securing the .com domain name registration for MJASC for 3 years at only 48yen (which was list price as 3,597yen, referred to the bill invoice attached by TJ). We should pay him the surplus of 48yen (16,884+48=16,932yen) accordingly. Thanks.

I would like to confirm that the amount 16884 yen had already been paid to TJ since the cost for website was sponsored by MSAJ and this is not a new claim by TJ.

Therefore, MJASC only need to pay extra 48 yen.

Salam and hello all,

I hope everybody is doing great. I would like to ask whether the report of this event's money-flow has been disclosed to the whole community members or not. This is to evade any money leakage and unnecessary payment or expenditure. Through disclosing to the whole community members, we can trace where the money flowed to as this event was comprised of out-sources from different bodies, parties and agencies.

I believe there are always ways to put an end into this matter.  The money flow should be managed efficiently so as to avoid any issues raised afterwards and to maintain our good image of the first MJASS. Any unnecessary expenditures should be cut during the next program. Let's hold a program in a very moderate way but with an astonishing impact and closing.

Hi Amy,

As per the account spreadsheet that was sent by Dila previously, the details is clear and there was no payment made to TJ Tan for the website costing.

I am attaching the spreadsheet that was sent by Dila with e-mail.

I would like to clear up the time line and situation for TJ Website cost claim;
 
1. Last year during January, Amy had decided to use a .org URL for MJASC 2013 homepage, which will cost the amount of 16,884 Yen.

2. Since during that time, MJASC 2013 does not have any money for paying the cost, I had requested to MSAJ for sponsorship, through in my email dated 2013/2/5 as below.

3. On 2013/2/8, Aime Aqelah, the Vice President of MSAJ at the time, had informed that after discussing with Khairul Qayyum, the President of MSAJ at that time, MSAJ will be provide some sponsorship to MJASC 2013 as the pasted below

"Bagi mewakili pihak MSAJ, setelah perbincangan dengan President, kami bersetuju untuk menjadi sebahagian dari pihak yang menjayakan MJASC 2013. Dengan itu, sumbangan sebanyak 16,884 Yen akan disumbangkan ke dalam akaun MJASC setelah kami mendapat details akaun MJASC 2013."

4. Therefore the costing for the homepage that is being claimed by TJ should already covered by the sponsorship by MSAJ.

5. Even if the claim by TJ was not paid from the MSAJ sponsorship, it should have been paid from other cash sponsorship, either from BTN or individual sponsors.

But since TJ claims WAS NOT PAID by MJASC 2013,  and based from the account details provided by Adilla that there is NO BALANCE in MJASC 2013 account, as the solution for the current issue, I would like to suggest that we should recover back some of the money already paid to the committee member, such for the allowance, communication etc to the amount of the claims from TJ for the homepage and reimburse to TJ.

Amy, as chair of MJASC 2013 and since the decision for the homepage was yours, I hope you could expedite the issue and help in making the payment to TJ ASAP.

We have in our bank 13,450 yen..

kak fiza will transfer TJ's transportation fee directly to his account..

as for the website, the amount is 16000 which will be paid by mjasc..

we will be receiving another 3000 so we will have enough money to cover TJ's claim..

After all the payment have been made, I will finalize the account and share with all..
