Dear Abul and team (Publicity)

Salam dan sejahtera.

This afternoon, I approached Meiji University Media office and invited them to be MJASC 2013 media. Thankfully, with the follow up and strong support from His Excellency Prof. Horie, we are getting good respond from Meiji University Media office. Details as per forwarded email.

The media office offered three types of services:

1. Promote MJASC 2013 in Meiji University homepage

2. Exhibit MJASC 2013 posters in the campus (we can submit up to 12 posters)

3. Media office's representative to duty and write a report of MJASC 2013 in the first day of the conference, for Meiji University's newsletter.

I am meeting Mr. Mori and Ms. Watanabe on Nov. 24 at 10.30am in the Meiji University Media Office.

Just my 2cents, as below:-

1. Promote MJASC 2013 in Meiji University homepage

MJASC known as a conference that includes keynote lectures, panel discussions, poster sessions and research presentations, a good platform to provide knowledge gathering and sharing and thus be one of the main source of information about research and study field of Malaysian and Japanese students here in Japan.

2. Exhibit MJASC 2013 posters in the campus (we can submit up to 12 posters)

- The latest poster created by Omar (enclosed below) is relevant for targeting participants from Meiji University. 

- Suggest to delete: 'poster submission deadline has.... +8' and 'we are also looking for sponsor'.

- I did inform Ms. Watanabe that we do not have any posters on hand. (I can support to print out in A4 or A3 from my office printer).

Publicity team please decide and let me know before the meeting.

ご連絡ありがとうございます。

８日の件について、エイミィさんと、渡辺（広報課）で連絡を取り合い、
明後日（24日）に広報課にポスターを持参してくれる約束になりました。

取材については、その時に打ち合わせをします。

Had a meeting with Abul and Kak Sathia regarding publicity activity yesterday.

Notes as below:

1. Publicity

Abul will send the write-up (below) and poster (attached) for persatuan-2 (MSAJ, KUJ, AMIR, IPIJ) for websites promotion.

2. Meiji University Media Office

Promote MJASC 2013 in Meiji University homepage (as write-up above)

Exhibit MJASC 2013 posters in the campus (we will submit 12 posters in A3 size)

3. Abul and Faiz will assist to cater for lunch and coffee break

- so far, menu day 1: Nasi Minyak; 2: Cha koey toeow

- suggest to have the 'Experience Authentic Malaysia Cuisine Meal' concept for lunch

- will put blue sheets on the floor and go buffet style

- Registration member will collect 1,000yen from participants for the 1st day meal and they will be asked if they also want to buy second day bento which will be 1,000yen too. 

- Kak Gee, can you inform the size of Room A3  so that Abul could estimate how many blue sheets to buy for the floor

- Abul will prepare the meal coupons and pass it to Ruiz

A million thanks to Abul and Omar for staying up late to create the publicity poster.

We go proceed with poster below designed by Omar. Soon Meiji University student will be able to read MJASC 2013 poster. Please don't forget to share on your wall to encourage more participants to join and benefit from the keynotes, forum, oral/poster presentation and Illusion Fun.

A meeting was held in Meiji University Media Office this morning.

12 pieces of posters has be hand over to Mr. Mori and Ms. Watanabe. Website information and website link is shared.

We foresee Media office's support to this event will further strengthen the existing Malaysia-Japan relations, thus open up more opportunities for targeted students here to take part in such prestigious event after this. 

Special thank to direct support given by Mr. Mori and Ms. Watanabe.
