Assalamualaikum and hi everyone!

In light of recent misunderstandings about the claim (especially on phone calls), I’m attaching the receipt for our official skype account which should be used by everyone to make calls and messages to clients in Malaysia.
In my understanding, everyone should make calls via this account as decided on the meeting held around March-April. Those who made calls using their private account shall cover the costs personally.

There is ¥148 of frozen balance left in the account which translates to more than 10 minutes of talk time to mobile numbers in Malaysia. This means not everyone is using this facility to its full extend.
Shall the minutes be insufficient at the time, we will immediately reload for everyone’s use.

I’m being told that we are experiencing a quite severe deficit due to the increase of unexpected claims.

Please correct me if I’m wrong regarding this matter.

Regards,

Omar Shafiq bin Suhaimi.
