i. VIP list
ii. Participants status update and 
iii. Committee Certificate_Name spelling checking request

i. VIP for MJASC 2013 (FYI: Protocol team)

ii. The MJASC 2013 Committee Certificates (as attached) are ready by Calvin. Please go through once, check and make sure your name is correctly written. The certificates for oral and poster presentation are also ready. Crystal senpai will print it tomorrow during the rehearsal.


iii. Participants Status update
So far update from Ruiz and Publication team..
1. Committee members: 44
2. Oral Presenters: 24
3. Poster presenters: 25
4. Participants: 111
Estimated 150 participants (plus & minus)

Dear Ruiz

Appreciate if you could do the same on the name tags for
1. MJASC 2013 Committee
2. Oral presenters
3. Poster presenter
*Please prepare them in pdf and pass to Arif and Crystal senpai. They will assist in the printing and inserting into the name card holder tomorrow during the rehearsal.


iv. Logistic-Venue Tour
The logistic team will be taking part in to Logistic-Venue Tour guide by Ms. Ariko Nakamura tomorrow at 9am. I will be joining the tour.


v. MJASC 2013 Program Book
The printing process had completed (as attached). Now Azizul and myself are developing the MJASC 2013 Program Book (On-line version) which will compile of paper's abstract and posters.


Only two more days to go...

Here is the final registration list for MJASC 2013. The list shall be used at the registration counter as well. Please take note.

Head Count:

1)Committee - 44pax
2)Paper (Oral presenters) -42(27) pax
3)Poster - 25 pax
4)Participants - 35(+2)* pax
5)VIP - 20 pax

TOTAL MAXIMUM ESTIMATED ATTENDEES : 168 pax

Dear all,

Ruiz, thanks for cross-checking with me to finalize the registration list tonight.

Just a short update from me, after discussing with Ruiz, we will issue certificate to the 2 persons who registered as "presenters", but they will attend the conference as participants.

As for the VIPs, we will also prepare certificate for all 19 (not 20, as Ruiz counted below) of them, as "Participants".

@ Amy: I am sending you the two data for "Participants", i.e. "Participant - 37" and "VIPs - 19". 
Please ignore the previous one ("Participants - 42") I sent you this evening when you do the printing.
